3. Hosting

This website is hosted by the external service provider Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA ("Vercel"). Vercel processes data required to operate the website on my behalf. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

As Vercel is based in the USA, personal data may be transferred to the USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses are used as appropriate safeguards pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.

4. Server log files

When this website is accessed, information is automatically collected in so-called server log files that your browser transmits (e.g. browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of the server request and IP address). This data serves the technical delivery and security of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not merged with other data sources.

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure reach. The collection is — where configured — cookieless and without storing personal profiles. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the statistical evaluation of website use).

This website only uses technically necessary cookies or comparable technologies insofar as they are required for operation. Cookies requiring consent for marketing purposes are not used.
